Creative Eye has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015, ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in Company's Securities (Equity Shares) will remain closed for all designated person and their Immediate Relatives with effect from 1st October,2025 until 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September,2025. The Date of Board Meeting for declaration of the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30,2025 will be intimated separately.
