Duropack has informed that the 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company has been duly convened and held on Monday, September 29, 2025 at 10:00 am through Video Conferencing (‘VC’)/other Audio Visual Means (‘OAVM’) for which the deemed venue of the meeting shall be the registered office of the Company i.e. 3123, Sector D, Pocket III Vasant Kunj, New Delhi 110070 and concluded at 10:22 am. In this regard, it has enclosed the summary of proceedings of the 37th AGM of the Company held on September 29, 2025, pursuant to the Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
