Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Alliance Integrated Metaliks has informed that the 36th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Shareholders of the Company was held on Monday, 29th September, 2025 at 12:36 pm through video conference or other audio-visual means wherein the businesses as mentioned in the Notice dated 02nd September, 2025 were transacted in due compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other relevant laws and provisions. In this regard it has enclosed the proceedings of the 36th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
