Further, the date of the Board Meeting for considering the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025 will be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are hereby advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
