Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services has informed that Virat Sunil Diwanji (DIN: 07021146), Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company has resigned vide his resignation letter dated September 25, 2025, with effect from the September 29, 2025. Consequently, he ceases to be a member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee/ Compensation Committee of the Company. In terms of the Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, details are mentioned in Annexure I along with resignation letter.
