CG Power and Industrial Solutions inform about disclosure
With reference to its earlier intimation dated 6th November, 2025 in connection with the filing of application for reclassification of Coromandel Engineering Company and Yanmar Coromandel Agrisolutions (‘Outgoing Members of the Promoter Group’), based on the request made by them with National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and BSE. In this regard, CG Power and Industrial Solutions has informed that NSE vide letter no. NSE/LIST/COMP/CGPOWER/531/2025-2026 dated 5th December, 2025 and BSE vide letter no. LIST/COMP/KR/577/2025-26 dated 5th December, 2025 have granted no objection for the reclassification of the Outgoing Members of Promoter Group from the Promoter Group category. The above referred letters of NSE and BSE are enclosed.
