CG Power and Industrial Solutions has informed that the Company have received warning letters from National Stock Exchange of India (‘NSE’) and Bombay Stock Exchange (‘BSE’) on 5th December, 2025 with respect to Reclassification of Promoters under the provisions of Regulation 31A of SEBI Listing Regulations, the copies of the warning letters are enclosed for reference. Further, the Company reiterated that it shall ensure compliance with the applicable provisions of SEBI Regulations henceforth.
