BLS International Services’ arm acquires BLS International LLC
The BLS FZE has acquired 100% share capital for amount of AED 97 in share capital of BLS International LLC, Armenia
BLS International Services’ wholly owned subsidiary -- BLS International FZE (BLS FZE) has acquired 100% share capital of BLS International LLC, a company incorporated under the law of the Republic of Armenia. The BLS FZE has acquired 100% share capital for amount of AED 97 in share capital of BLS International LLC, Armenia. The acquired entity has belonged to visa and passport processing industry. Consequent to such acquisition, it will become a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of the company.
BLS International Services is a part of the four decades old BLS Group with a global presence and diversified range of services in polymers and petrochemicals, education, electronics, asset management, visa processing and management consulting.
