Tata Power Company raises Rs 2000 crore through NCDs

The NCDs are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE

Tata Power Company has raised Rs 2000 crore through the allotment of 1,00,000-7.05% (Series I) Fixed rate, Unsecured, Senior, Redeemable, Rated, Listed, Taxable, Non-cumulative Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and 1,00,000 – 7.25% (Series II) Fixed rate, Unsecured, Senior, Redeemable, Rated, Listed, Taxable, Non-cumulative NCDs having face value Rs 1,00,000 each, for cash, for a tenor of 3 years and 5 years respectively, to identified investors on private placement basis. The NCDs have been issued on the basis of multiple yield allotment method prescribed by BSE and SEBI, and the issue price of the NCDs has been determined accordingly. The NCDs are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE. The Committee of Directors has on December 19, 2025, approved the allotment of the same.
