TVS Electronics informs about scheme of amalgamation
TVS Electronics has informed that all the conditionality specified in clause 21 of the Scheme have been fulfilled and the Transferor Company and the Transferee Company have filed the certified copy of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal order dated 27th November, 2025, sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation between TVS Investments (Transferor Company) and TVS Electronics (Transferee Company) and their respective shareholders, with the Registrar of Companies, vide e-Form INC-28, on 19th December 2025. Accordingly, the Scheme has become effective from Friday, 19th December 2025 (‘Effective Date’). The 'Appointed Date' for the Scheme is Closing Business Hours of 1st April, 2023.
