Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, GPT Infraprojects has informed that it enclosed copies of the newspaper advertisement, published on December 19, 2025 in ‘Business Standard’ (All Editions) and ‘Ekdin’ (Bengali) (Kolkata Edition), regarding transfer of Unclaimed Dividend and Equity Shares to the IEPF in accordance with the provisions of Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the IEPF Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016.
