Ecoplast informs about closure of trading window
Ecoplast has informed that as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, read with BSE Circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02.04.2019 and in terms of Company's Code of Conduct on Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s securities will remain closed for ‘Specified Persons’ from January 1, 2026 till closure of 48 hours after the date of Board Meeting where the approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025 would be considered.
