Pursuant to the requirement of SEBI ( Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 as amended from time to time and in Compliance with BSE Clarification letter Ref No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02.04.2019, Transcorp International has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Promoters, Directors, Designated Persons, Specified Connected Persons of the Company (including its subsidiaries) and their immediate relatives, from 1st January, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and Nine months ending 31st December, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the aforesaid financial results will be intimated in due course. This intimation is being made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
