Lykis informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, Lykis has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from January 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025 for Directors, Designated Persons, Designated Employees and their Immediate Relatives. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
