Vishnu Chemicals has informed that as per the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by its designated persons and immediate relatives of designated persons (‘Code’), the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from 01st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held for the purpose of consideration and approval of the Un- Audited Financial Results of the company for the third quarter ended 31st December, 2025 have been disseminated to the stock exchanges.
