Satia Industries has informed that the ‘Trading Window' is being closed with effect from April 1st, 2026 in compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, as amended and shall be opened on third calendar day from the date of conclusion of Board Meeting in which the Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31st, 2026 will be considered. The date of opening of ‘Trading Window’ shall be intimated in due course.
