SNL Bearings informs about closure of trading window
SNL Bearings has informed that pursuant to the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Designated persons and their immediate relatives and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The date of Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the said financial results will be intimated separately.
