Srigee DLM informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and the circular issued by BSE Ref No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 and NSE Circular No. NSE/CML/2019111 dated April 02, 2019 read with the Company’s Code for Prohibition of insider Trading, Srigee DLM has informed that the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company and their immediate relatives from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the half year and year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Declaration of the Audited Standalone Financial Results would be intimated in due course.
