Integra Switchgear informs about closure of trading window
Integra Switchgear has informed that the trading window shall remain closed with effect from 1st April, 2026 for all designated persons, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 along with their immediate relatives, pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/55 dated April 21, 2025. The Trading Window shall open after 48 hours of announcement of the Un-audited financial results for the quarter ending on 31st March, 2026 to the Stock Exchange after its approval by the Board of Directors in the Board Meeting.
