Polychem informs about trading window closure
Polychem has informed that the Trading Window for purchase/sale of the shares of the Company will remain closed from April 01, 2026 for all the Directors, KMPs and Designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives, for the purpose of declaration of Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The Trading Window will open after 48 hours of the announcement of Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 to the stock exchange. Accordingly, this has been intimated to all the Directors, KMPs, Designated persons and their immediate relatives through them under the above regulations.
