Goenka Business & Finance has informed that Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Person (and their immediate relatives) and specified Connected Person of the Company from Wednesday, 01st April 2026 upto 48 hours after the disclosure of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended on 31st March 2026 to the Stock Exchange. The date of Board meeting to be held for the consideration and approval of Financial Results of the above-mentioned period shall be communicated in due course.
