TTI Enterprise informs about closure of trading window
TTI Enterprise has informed that in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives are being intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window. The Date of Board Meeting for approval of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. shall be intimated in due course.
