Ceinsys Tech has informed that as per the Company's Code of Conduct & Fair Disclosure for Prevention of Insider Trading under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with amendments thereto, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company by its Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from Wednesday, April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.
