Tarmat informs about closure of trading window
Tarmat has informed that in terms of the Code of Conduct For Monitoring and Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) from Wednesday April 01, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2026. The date of Board Meeting to consider the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026 will be intimated separately in due course.
