Indosolar informs about closure of trading window
Indosolar has informed that in accordance with provisions of the Clause 4 of Schedule B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for trading in shares of the Company will remain closed for Directors / Key Management Personnel, Designated persons and their immediate relatives / Connected Persons of the Company, from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the audited financial results for the quarter year ended on March 31, 2026, of the Company will be informed in due course.
