Pursuant to BSE Circular dated 2nd April, 2019 vide Ref No: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, Pratik Panels has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons with effect from 1st April, 2026 for the purpose of consideration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter & year ended 31st March, 2026. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the Announcement of Audited Financial Results for the quarter & year ended 31st March 2026, become generally available.
