Admach Systems informs about closure of trading window
Admach Systems has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of Admach Systems will be closed with effect from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, circulars issued by the stock exchanges and Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and reporting of trading by Insiders. The Trading Window shall remain closed till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. The date of Board meeting at which the aforesaid results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time.
