Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations and in continuation of disclosure date 16th September, 2025, Pakka has informed that the Company has applied for various fiscal incentives of Rs 224.47 crores under the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Investment and Employment Promotion Policy, 2022 on 23rd July, 2025 for investment made / to be made in ‘Jagriti Project’ of the Company. The Uttar Pradesh Cabinet Committee in its meeting held on 23rd March, 2026 has reviewed and approved for issue of Letter of Comfort (LOC) for investment made / to be made in ‘Jagriti Project’. The Certificate of Award of Letter of Comfort (LOC) was distributed in Launch Event of Nivesh Mitra 3.0 and Subsidy Disbursement as scheduled on 24th March, 2026 at Lok Bhawan Auditorium, Lucknow by the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Shri Yogi Adityanath ji. The aforesaid fiscal incentive will be given in 15 years from the date of commercial production of ‘Jagriti Project’ of the Company.
