W.S. Industries (India) informs about closure of trading window
In terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 amended from time to time, W.S. Industries (India) has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 until 48 hours after the disclosure of the Audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and year ending 31st March 2026. The date of Board Meeting would be intimated in due course of time.
