Virat Leasing informs about closure of trading window
In accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, as adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Virat Leasing has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons and Senior Management Personnel along with their immediate relatives with effect from 1st April, 2026 and shall re-open after 48 hours from the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the 4th quarter ended 31st March, 2026.
