Kamdhenu Ventures has informed that pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company, shall remain closed for Promoters & Promoter Group, Director(s), KMPs and Designated Person(s) & their immediate relative, Connected Person(s) etc. (referred as to as ‘DPs’) from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the 4th quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2026. Accordingly, all the DPs have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the Trading Window. The date of the Board Meeting to approve and declaration of the Standalone & Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2026 shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course. Further, in accordance with the SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2024 /126 dated 23rd September, 2024, and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/55 dated 21st April, 2025, the Company has confirmed the details with respect to the DPs, immediate relative of DPs and has specified the Trading Window Closure Period to National Securities Depository (‘Designated Depository’) for freezing of the PAN of the DPs and immediate relatives of DPs for trading in the securities of the company during the trading window closure period, at security level.
