Shiva Mills has informed that the trading window shall remain closed for the Directors of the Company and Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) for dealing in the shares of the Company, from Wednesday, the 1.4.2026 till 48 hours of after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ending 31.3.2026. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ending 31.3.2026 will be intimated in due course.
