Share India Securities informs about closure of trading window
In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, Share India Securities has informed that the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives with effect from April 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the aforesaid Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026 will be communicated separately in due course of time.
