SKF India has informed that the name of its promoter entity has been changed from ‘SKF Interim AB’ to ‘SKF Vertevo AB’. This change is part of a broader global rebranding initiative undertaken in connection with the restructuring resulting from the demerger of the Automotive Business and the Industrial Business. The company informed that this modification pertains solely to the name of the entity and does not involve any change in its shareholding in the Company or its status as part of the promoter. The company is also in the process of updating the new name of the promoter company with other regulatory authorities, wherever applicable. Although this change does not qualify as material information under the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company is making this disclosure voluntarily as a matter of good governance and abundant caution. The Company shall continue to comply with all applicable disclosure and corporate governance requirements under the SEBI Listing Regulations and other relevant laws concerning its promoter entity.
