ATLAS Jewellery India informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and the Company’s Insider Trading Code, ATLAS Jewellery India has informed that the trading window for dealing in the Company's equity shares by the designated persons and their immediate relatives (as defined in the said Code) which continues to remain closed from March 31, 2022 and will open after forty-eight hours of announcement of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. The date of board meeting to consider and approve the financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, shall be intimated in due course.
