R. Sivasankar, Company Secretary (CS), from the services of the Company, which is to take effect from the close of business hours on 31st March, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company, after duly considering the nomination and recommendations made by its Nomination & Remuneration Committee, has accorded its approval to the appointment of Kundan Jaiswal [ACS-25867] as the Company Secretary of the Company (being a Key Managerial Personnel in the Company under Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013) with effect from 1st April, 2026. Jaiswal shall also be acting as the Compliance Officer of the Company. The resignation letter of Sivasankar and a brief profile of the aforementioned new appointee is enclosed as required.
