Arvind, Insolation Energy and Mamata Machinery to see some action today

Darjeeling Ropeway Company has received Purchase order from HDL Foods India

Arvind in collaboration with leading fashion brand, H&M Group and Indian innovation start-up Deven Supercriticals have inaugurated India’s first supercritical CO2 dyeing machine at Arvind’s facility in Ahmedabad. This pioneering technology, globally patented under the SUPRAUNO brand, reduces the use of water in the fabric dyeing process by using supercritical carbon dioxide. At a commercial scale, it delivers up to 76% water savings, around 67% energy savings, and around 90% reduction in chemical usage within the coloration stage compared to conventional dyeing methods, while also significantly reducing effluent discharge. 

Insolation Energy’s wholly owned subsidiary--Insolation Green Energy has incorporated 3 Wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely, PED Green Infra One, JRD Green Infra One and MVS Green Infra One on September 9, 2025. The said companies have been incorporated as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for the purpose of setting up solar power plants. The SPV’s will carry on the Business of Solar Power Plant Development, erection, installation, establishment, construction, operation and maintenance, and Consultancy of any renewable Energy Power Plants. Design, Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning, including comprehensive Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of Rooftop Solar (RTS) photovoltaic power Projects.

Mamata Machinery has bagged its second export order for state-of-the-art 9-layer blown film plant under its Co-Extrusion product segment. The order is valued at around 1.17 million. This advanced 9-layer blown film plant will be commissioned to produce high barrier films, catering to critical applications. 

Darjeeling Ropeway Company has received Purchase order from HDL Foods India. This order is for Supply of Moong (Whole)-1,00,000 KG, Math-1,00,000 KG, and Mausami Chana-1,00,000 KG. Order value of Rs 1 crore.

Thermax has invested Rs 115 crore in First Energy (FEPL), wholly owned subsidiary for the purpose of further investment in First Energy 10 (FE10), wholly owned subsidiary of FEPL. Allotment of equity shares in respect of the said investment has been completed on September 9, 2025 by FEPL and FE10. 

Indef Manufacturing has completed the acquisition of 1600229 equity shares of Rs 31.73 each, representing 80% of the issued and paid-up share capital of Daedalus Lift & Access Equipments (Target Company) for a total consideration of Rs 5.07 crore out of which Rs 30 lakh has been kept as retention money to cover any potential claims or liabilities as per the Share Purchase Agreement which will be released upon completion of 1 year from the closing date. Pursuant to acquisition of shares, the Target Company has become a subsidiary of the company. 

Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from a leading Private Independent Power Producer (IPP) for a BOS EPC package for development of a 300 MW AC / 420 MWp DC Solar PV Project along with 220/33 kV Pooling Substation in Rajasthan, India. Total value of the contract is approximately Rs 415 crore including O&M and taxes. 

Nila Infrastructures has received letter of intimation worth Rs 12.75 crore from Mahesana Municipal Corporation for the engineering, construction, commissioning and 5 years Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of 2.0 MLD STP at Mahesana at Gujarat with 24X7 Cloud Based Monitoring. As per order, the construction should be completed in 12 months and 5 years for the operation & maintenance.
