No: NSE/CML/2019/11 and BSE Circular Ref. No: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from Wednesday, 01st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2026.
