Sri Lotus Developers and Realty has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, April 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period. Further, the date of meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the said period shall be intimated separately in due course.
