Nicco Uco Alliance Credit has informed that in terms of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, read with Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons (the Code) in respect of equity shares of Nicco Uco Alliance Credit (the Company) the trading window for trading or dealing in equity shares of the Company in any manner, will remain closed from Wednesday, 1 April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 4th quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026.
