Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and in accordance with the Policy on Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting of Trades and Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, Boston Bio Systems has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities/shares of the company will remain closed for Insiders, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from Tuesday, 01st July, 2025 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the ‘Quarter ending 30th June, 2025’. The Company has intimated its Designated Persons regarding the closure of the trading window. Accordingly, Insiders, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company are advised not to trade (buy or sell or pledge, etc.) in the securities/shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the trading window. The date of Board Meeting to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending 30th June, 2025 will be intimated separately.
