Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Indong Tea Company has informed that based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has at its meeting held today, approved the appointment of Puja Pujari & Associates, (Proprietor: CS Puja Pujari), Practicing Company Secretary (M. No FCS - 13102 & COP No.: 20171) as Secretarial Auditors of the Company subject to the approval of Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) for a term of 5 consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-2030. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with Clause 7 of the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 and SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024, are enclosed as ‘Annexure A’.
