Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Timex Group India has informed that the Company has received a copy of Notice of Offer for Sale (OFS) from its promoter i.e. Timex Group Luxury Watches B.V., Netherlands dated June 24, 2025, proposed to be undertaken through the Stock Exchange Mechanism under SEBI Regulations.
