TVS Electronics has informed that the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st July 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 th June 2025, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to consider approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 will be intimated later.
