With reference to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, as amended and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (the Code) under the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, read with BSE’s circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, dated April 2, 2019, Quadrant Televentures has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the Designated Persons/Insiders covered under the Code, from the end of the quarter i.e. start of business hours on July 1, 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the publication of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The Date of Board Meeting for considering the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
