Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations'), Continental Chemicals has informed about the following change in composition of the Board: Raghav Nathani (DIN:01463692) has tendered his resignation from the position of Independent Director of the Company vide his resignation letter dated 24th June, 2025 with immediate effect, citing ‘personal and unavoidable circumstances’. Consequently, he has stepped down from all the Board Committees in which he was a Member/Chairperson. The letter of resignation received from Raghav Nathani is enclosed. The disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEB/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed.
