Abhijit Trading Company informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, Abhijit Trading Company has informed that the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and specified Connected Person of the Company to deal in Securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st July 2025, till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025. The Date of consideration of unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025 shall be intimated in due course of time.
