Pursuant to Regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Zuari Agro Chemicals has informed that it enclosed copies of the newspaper advertisements for notice of Postal Ballot published on 26th June, 2025 in the Business Line all India edition (English), Dainik Herald Goa edition (Marathi) and o Heraldo Goa edition (English), Regional newspapers. The copies of newspaper advertisements are also available on Company's website at www.zuari.in.
