Mangal Credit and Fincorp has informed that in compliance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with the Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading formulated under the said regulations (including any amendment(s), modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereto), the trading window for dealing in the Company’s securities by the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from Tuesday, 1st July, 2025 up to 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025.
