Dynavision informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 as amended up to date, as well as circular issued by the Stock Exchanges on 2nd April, 2019 and ‘The Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the company, Dynavision has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the company would remain closed for all ‘Designated Persons/Insiders’ and their immediate relatives, from Tuesday, the 1st July, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025. The date of the Board meeting for consideration of the unaudited financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
